About Moskon

An independent digital product studio

Moskon helps companies define, design, build and improve websites, web platforms and mobile applications. We work remotely, as one team, from the first decision through to life after launch.

Moskon at a glance

A studio for digital decisions and products that have to work in practice

How we work

Remotely, directly with the people accountable for the product, in English. Collaboration is written first; calls are for the decisions that genuinely need one.

Who we help

Companies and product teams that need strategy, design and engineering in one place — from a first version through to a mature product that has to be maintained.

What we build

Websites and web platforms, content management systems, SaaS products and mobile applications, along with the design systems that keep them consistent.

What we do

We connect strategy, design and engineering from the first decision to life after launch.

We start with the business problem and the user's task. We choose technology for the context rather than out of habit, and leave behind a product somebody else can change without rewriting it.

Quality standards

How we decide and how we deliver.

  • Clarity before output

We make goals, constraints and trade-offs visible before they turn into expensive decisions.

  • One connected process

Design and engineering work together from discovery to launch, rather than one after the other.

  • Direct accountability

The people shaping the solution stay close to the decisions and answer for delivery.

  • Accessible from the start

Semantics, keyboard navigation, contrast and plain content are part of quality, not an audit at the end.

  • Maintainable foundations

Typed systems, reusable components and documentation, so the next change is a safe one.

  • Progress, not theatre

Few rituals, visible priorities, direct feedback. Attention stays on the product.

How we work

Clarity from the first question to the next release.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the people using it, and what the current system already decides on your behalf.

  2. 02

    Define

Agree the scope, the architecture, the priorities, and what a good outcome will look like.

  3. 03

    Design

Design the flows, the interfaces, and the reusable system that keeps them consistent as the product grows.

  4. 04

    Deliver and improve

Build, test, launch, measure — then keep improving what the data and the people using it point at.

How we work together

Remote, written down, and never out of the loop.

Location does not matter. Knowing what is being worked on, what was decided and what comes next does.

Written before it is a meeting

Decisions, context and trade-offs get written down. Calls are for what genuinely needs a conversation, not for status reporting.

Daily overlap

The working day runs on Central European time: it covers Europe in full, reaches the afternoon across Asia, and catches the start of the day in the Americas.

You talk to the people doing the work

No account manager between you and the team. The person making the decision is the person who answers you.

Visible progress, not reports

A shared backlog and regular releases. You see what changed, not a slide about what changed.

English end to end

Briefs, documentation, commit messages and meetings are all in English, so nothing has to be translated before your team can use it.

Handover, not dependency

The code, the documentation and the access are yours. You can continue with your own team, or another partner, at any point.
