Digital product studio

Strategy, design and engineering for digital products

Moskon is a digital product studio. We design and build websites, web platforms and mobile applications — from the first strategic decision through to launch and the years after it. We work remotely, with clients anywhere.

Compose a team

7 disciplines

Seven disciplines that combine. Start with one or work with the whole process.

What we solve

Work out what is worth building, then build it to last

We connect the business decision, the user's task and the technical implementation, so the product can launch and keep improving without starting over.

Define what is worth building

Turn goals, real user needs and constraints into a prioritised product scope.

Simplify the journeys

Design flows and interfaces that make the important tasks easier to finish.

Build for change

Implement components, integrations and content models that somebody else can maintain.

Our approach

Design and engineering solve the same problem

A connected process keeps the experience, the technology and the business outcome pointing the same way. Strategy sets the direction. Design makes the product usable. Engineering makes it real, and easy to change.

How we work

Clarity from the first question to the next release.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the people using it, and what the current system already decides on your behalf.

  2. 02

    Define

Agree the scope, the architecture, the priorities, and what a good outcome will look like.

  3. 03

    Design

Design the flows, the interfaces, and the reusable system that keeps them consistent as the product grows.

  4. 04

    Deliver and improve

Build, test, launch, measure — then keep improving what the data and the people using it point at.

How we work together

Remote, written down, and never out of the loop.

Location does not matter. Knowing what is being worked on, what was decided and what comes next does.

Written before it is a meeting

Decisions, context and trade-offs get written down. Calls are for what genuinely needs a conversation, not for status reporting.

Daily overlap

The working day runs on Central European time: it covers Europe in full, reaches the afternoon across Asia, and catches the start of the day in the Americas.

You talk to the people doing the work

No account manager between you and the team. The person making the decision is the person who answers you.

Visible progress, not reports

A shared backlog and regular releases. You see what changed, not a slide about what changed.

English end to end

Briefs, documentation, commit messages and meetings are all in English, so nothing has to be translated before your team can use it.

Handover, not dependency

The code, the documentation and the access are yours. You can continue with your own team, or another partner, at any point.

What we cover

We choose technology to suit the product, not the other way round.

Tools change from one project to the next. The following do not.

  • Web platforms
  • Content systems
  • Mobile applications
  • Design systems
  • Integrations and APIs
  • Web performance
  • Accessibility
  • Automated testing
  • Measurement and analytics
  • Long-term maintenance

Moskon

An independent studio, close to the product decisions.

Moskon works directly with the people accountable for the product. Strategy, design and engineering stay in one team, with visible scope and no layers in between.

How we work
  • Direct accountability
  • No account managers in between
  • Transparent scope
  • Maintainable code
  • Long-term support

Common questions

What people ask before they start.

If your question is not here, write to us. You will get a direct answer.

  • How long does a project take?

A discovery sprint typically runs two to four weeks. A focused website is usually six to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. A platform or mobile product depends entirely on scope, which is what discovery exists to establish.

  • What does a project cost?

Cost follows scope, and settling scope is what the first conversation is for. The enquiry form asks for a budget range so we can say early whether what you need fits what you have, rather than after three meetings.

  • What do you need from us to start?

The problem you are trying to solve, who it affects, and any constraint that is already fixed — a deadline, an existing system, a compliance requirement. Research and analytics help, but a clear problem matters more than a complete brief.

  • Can you work with an existing product or team?

Yes. Moskon takes over existing products, joins in-house teams, and works alongside other agencies. A takeover starts with a review of the current state, so nobody is guessing about what they have inherited.
